Getting to your hotel:

Downtown Madison, where all recommended hotels are located, is just five miles from Dane County Regional Airport (MSN). See below for information on getting from the airport to your hotel. Free shuttle service is offered by each of the three hotels we recommended.

For guests staying at the Madison Concourse Hotel:

A complimentary airport shuttle is available to and from Dane County Regional Airport to all hotel guests. Please use the courtesy phone in the baggage claim area at Dane County Airport to let them know that you have arrived. The shuttle pick-up area is located outside baggage claim, Door 5. Please make a reservation at the Front Desk for your return trip to the airport.

For guests staying at the Hilton Monona Terrace:

The Hilton Monona Terrace offers a complimentary airport shuttle service from Dane County Regional Airport.  It operates 7 days a week from 6am – 10pm.  There is a bank of courtesy phones in baggage claim from which a free call can be made to dispatch their shuttle.

For guests staying at the Best Western Inn on the Park:

The Best Western Inn on the Park offers a complimentary airport shuttle. When you arrive at the airport, you can either call from the courtesy phones in the baggage claim area, or call 1-800-279-8811 to send the shuttle. Return trips should be reserved the night before at the Front Desk.

Getting to the Madison Concourse Hotel & Governor’s Club:

Those wishing to, may attend the conference kick-off and the colloquium meet and greet, both occuring on Thursday evening at the Madison Concourse Hotel. The conference kick-off celebration begins at 7:00pm in the Capitol Ballroom, and the colloquium meet and greet begins at 8:00pm in Conference Room 2. Walking to the Madison Concourse hotel is advised. See the following map to orient yourself.

The colloquium will also be held at the Madison Concourse Hotel in the University Room.
